Ultrasonic cleaning equipment is used to improve the cleaning effect through acoustic vibration. Put the circuit board to be cleaned into the cleaner, add an appropriate amount of cleaning liquid, and start the device. Ultrasonic vibration can shake off stains, suitable for large area cleaning.

3. Dry ice cleaning ‌

This is a new type of environmentally friendly cleaning technology, through high pressure air to dry ice particles to clean the work surface, using the difference in the shrinkage rate of different substances to achieve the separation of stains. Dry ice cleaning does not use organic solvents at all, no waste liquid discharge, and is friendly to the environment.

Especially suitable for cleaning PCBA circuit board after welding residual flux and other contaminants. This method uses water as solute carrier and adds a small amount of surfactant, which has the characteristics of environmental protection, safety and non-toxic.

‌Choosing the right cleaning agent and tools is also very important ‌. Common cleaning agents include deionized water, alcohol, acetone, etc. Deionized water can effectively remove surface dirt; Alcohol is suitable for cleaning oil and other organic matter; Acetone is suitable for cleaning more stubborn stains. In terms of tools, soft brushes, cotton swabs, sprayers, etc., are often used to clean circuit boards, paying attention to their softness and non-conductivity to avoid damage.
