Internal wiring process requirements in electrical sets. In the electrical industry, there are clear standards and requirements for the wiring process and the typing sequence and direction of the number tube inside the distribution cabinet. These standards ensure the safety, maintainability and reliability of the switchboard. The following are the main requirements and standards:

PDC cabling skills

1. Cable process standards

Neat and beautiful: cables and wires should be arranged neatly and straight to avoid crossing and winding. Use cable troughs and cable harnesses to secure the cables.

Secure: All cables and wires should be securely fixed, using tools such as cable clips and cable ties to prevent loosening and vibration.

Color separation specification: cables and wires with different functions should be distinguished by insulation layers of different colors, for example, the color of live wire, neutral wire, and ground wire should conform to national standards or industry norms.

Reasonable layout: In the distribution cabinet, various cables and wires should be rationally arranged according to the electrical schematic diagram to avoid electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, especially the separation of strong and weak electricity wiring.

Protection measures: Protect cables and conductors through cable troughs and corrugated pipes to avoid mechanical damage and environmental impact.

2. Number tube typing order and direction requirements

Sequence and consistency: The identification of the number tube should be numbered from the power end to the load end or from left to right and from top to bottom in accordance with the sequence of the electrical schematic diagram and wiring diagram.

Unified direction: The writing direction of the number tube should be the same, usually from left to right or from top to bottom, to ensure that it is easy to identify and read during inspection and maintenance.

Clear and durable: Use a special marking machine for printing, the handwriting should be clear, wear-resistant, to ensure long-term readability.

Accurate position: the number tube should be covered at both ends of the wire, close to the position of the terminal, easy to identify and find.

These standards and requirements help electrical engineers to achieve efficient, safe and standardized operations when designing, installing and maintaining switchboards. Depending on the specific project and industry specifications, there may be further detailed requirements, but the above principles are generally applicable.
