Automotive wiring harness is one of the products with rapid development, largest market demand and convenient installation in today's electronic and information age industry. The car configuration is fully functional, but the electrical circuit hidden in the body is complex, the size is too large, and it is not easy to replace. The reliability of wiring harness is the key component that affects the performance of the whole vehicle, so the quality control of wiring harness is very necessary. The national standard for automotive low-voltage wire harness cross section analysis technology requirements and crimp connection terminal cross section analysis technology are as follows:


The size of the wiring harness should meet the following requirements: F-type crimping terminal profile analyzer: the length of the trunk line and the protective sleeve should not be less than 100mm, and the riveted section computer analyzer should be a multiple of 10. Such as: 100mm, 110mm, 120mm; Terminal slice analysis system branch length should not be less than 30mm; The distance between the contact point and the branch point should not be less than 20mm; If the cable and terminal are connected with an insulation sleeve, the length of the insulation sleeve must not be less than 20mm.

Terminals and wires should be preferentially connected by the crimping method of the car harness crimping terminal section analysis technology, the connection should meet the following requirements: Terminals should be pressed on the conductor and the insulation layer of the car harness terminal section analysis system, the conductor should not be crushed, the insulation layer should not be pressed on the crimping part of the conductor, the wire conductor car harness section metallographic analyzer should be visible, but should not interfere with the plugging. Cross section analysis of automotive wire harness crimp terminal after not less than 3 cycles bending test of the insulation layer crimp position. The cross section of the terminal crimped with the wire should meet the requirements of the code connector metallographic analysis system.

According to the relevant technical specifications, different circuit wires, different voltage wires, different AC wires and DC wires can not be worn in the same sheath. Because the use of different lines, specifications are different, the power load is different, if worn together, the larger power load will interfere with and damage the line with smaller electric charge, in case the power line is blown, it will cause short circuit, spark, resulting in fire. Weak signal lines can not go together with strong electricity, because the electromagnetic field generated by strong electricity will affect the signal of weak electricity, affecting communication and video effects. Lighting line and socket line cross-sectional area is different, the load power is not unified, socket line repeated use frequently, will cause electric shock, short circuit and other phenomena. Therefore, different uses, different functions of the wire must not be worn in the same sheath.
