Wire processing is a very extensive process, mainly in the following ways:

Processing technology 1: both ends of the skin on the tin, the electronic wire is directly plated with tin after both ends of the skin.

Processing technology 2: both ends of the peeling twisted wire tin, electronic wire at both ends of the peeling need to manually or machine twisted wire and then tin plating.

Processing process 3: multi-stage peeling, multi-stage peeling of electronic wire is a kind of peeling off the outer insulation layer of electronic wire segment by segment.

The main purpose of this technology is to facilitate wiring and connection. When we need to connect the electronic wire to other electronic components or devices, it is usually necessary to strip the insulation layer at both ends of the electronic wire for easy insertion or welding. However, in some cases, we do not want to completely strip the insulation layer of the entire electronic wire, but only peel off a section of the insulation layer to connect. At this time, the electronic wire multi-section peeling technology comes in handy.

Processing technology 4: wire bonding, electronic wire bonding refers to the wire cross-twisted, the use of crimping terminals and tools to press it, so that a good physical contact and connection between the wires is formed.

Processing technology 5: one end tinned, one end half peeled.
