What are the steps of the production process of wire harness with terminals

1. The initial production of wire harness with terminals is to heat the billet to more than 1100 degrees Celsius by stepping heating furnace;

2, the heated billet out of the oven, high pressure water descaling process;

3, the third step is to put the material into the roughing mill rolling, roughing mill for hot tandem rolling unit;

4, the rolled parts after rough rolling into the water cooling section for cooling, in order to control its internal metallographic structure;

5, the terminal line material after leaving the water cooling section into the middle mill and finishing mill for further rolling;

6, the terminal wire material through the fine rolling by the spinning machine spit to form a coil;

7, the coil wire produced by the terminal wire material is cooled in the air cooling section;

8, at the end of the air cooling section, the wire is beaten into a drum shape by the coil collector;

9, the wire after the drum is sent to the baling machine for binding;

10, the terminal line products into the finished product warehouse.
