We have 5 production lines in our assembly factory to meet different customer's demands, 2 fully-automatic production lines plus 3 semi-automatic production lines, then for both small quantity and large quantity, we can provide the most optimal production way. There are more than 130 stuffs in our factory, and more than 70% are experienced workers. We have very strict working process, there is operation instruction in each work step, and there are special mamagers to inspect the process at any time, so the product quality can be controlled very well.

There is no MOQ, small and large quantity orders are both acceptable here in Polaris.

Yes, your files will be very safe here in Polaris, we protect customers’ intellectual property in the whole process. All the data will never shared with any third party.
Q4: How to place a PCBA order?

Please send us the gerber file, BOM and the quantity you need, we will provide quotation and invoice, then you can pay for the order to start production.
Q5: Can you provide full turnkey OEM service for electronic products?

Yes, we can provide service for PCB manufacturing, components procurement, PCB assembly, programming, testing, enclosure mounting and so on.
Q6: Can we provide components and you just make PCB and assembly?

Yes, we accept all or part of components supplied by customer.
